Exterior House Painting

The most important paint job on your home may be the exterior. It’s the one people always see and is the most vulnerable to damage. The paint on your house is a central element of what’s called “curb appeal”. As time goes on, your paint job gradually deteriorates and needs maintenance. In fact, it’s generally advised that the paint job on your house be repaired every 5 years. Of course, you may just wish to change the color to something more visually pleasing. In either case, you need a professional to get the job done right.

That’s where we come in.

The Process

  1. Power Wash – We power wash the exterior of your entire home in order to remove flacking paint, damaged stucco, dirt, and mildew.

  2. Surface Preparation – all loose paint is scrapped off, wood areas are sanded and patched, damaged stucco is repaired, rotted wood is replaced (per contract).

  3. Prime – The entire home is primed in order to provide an impermeable seal and prevent stains, knots and wood tannins from showing through the paint.

  4. Paint – High-quality paint(s) is applied to the exterior of your home creating a seal.

Like We Weren’t There

Walking outside after a contractor job at your house. You’re going out to your car when all of a sudden you hear a crunching sound beneath your foot. You look down, and it’s a soda can left thrown away on your porch. You look up and before you is a mess of cans, wrappers, cigarette butts, and everything else the work crew left behind.

Sounds familiar? It does for us. We know full well this feeling. So many work crews leave behind messes that have you picking up after them for weeks after the job. PMP does things differently. When we’re down with the job, we take the time to clean up not just our equipment but anything else we’ve left behind.

We’re not done with the job until the job site is pristine.
